Entry Level Road Striping Laborer & Driver

Pay Rate $17.50hr $18.50 hour with CDL

*22 years of age and meet E-Verify requirements * Must have valid driver’s license with a favorable Motor Vehicle Record(MVR) *Must have acceptable background *Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug test and DOT physical *Must be able to drive a straight truck safely *Must be flexible and able to work any days and any hours without restrictions *Must be able to travel out of town, as needed (Company paid travel expenses & daily $35.00 per diem, while out of town)

The Laborer is an entry-level position that includes an initial orientation training program followed by on-the-job (OJT) training with a pavement marking crew. The Laborer assists Operators, Lead Operators, and Superintendents with tasks related to operating machinery, traffic control, job preparation, and driving.

Working Conditions: Regular job functions are carried out in difficult and frequently hazardous working environments, including temperature extremes, extensive direct sunlight, night work, and heavy traffic situations. Requires sometimes-extensive travel requirements, extensive work weeks, and availability to deploy at nights, on weekends, and other times that may be required. The Laborer is required to study, learn, understand, and practice the general safety rules and the specific safety-related aspects of his /her job.
